My bad yeah, it looks like I was in education pricing. PHP45,990 11 inch and PHP62,990 12. inch for regular pricing. Thanks.
Very True! I still find my iPad Pro 2018 Overkill for the performance. I truly hope the iPadOS gets a major update this coming wwdc.
Lots of speculation this could mean finally seeing some of most wanted MacOS apps on iPad. We'll see in less than two months.
I'm so torn whether to finally upgrade my iPad 2 this year. I really only want an 11" iPad Pro, but the display on the 12" makes me think that it will eventually come to the 11" version next year. However, since my iPad is a decade old, I'm fighting the urge to bite the bullet on the 12" 2021 iPad Pro. Ahh, decisions decisions.
Mm...medyo mabigat hawakan ang 12.9" when used in tablet mode. Which Is why I switched from 12.9 to 11". I cannot count the number of times na nagkaron ako blackeye. Sleepy.
Apple says old Magic Keyboard is ‘functionally compatible’ with new 12.9-inch iPad Pro, but warns of imperfect fit | The Verge
I switched from the ipad pro 11 to the ipad pro 12.9 with magic keyboard and couldnt be happier i made the switch. i was reluctant with the size and ever since i started using ipad always got the small version from pro 9.7 to 10.5 to 11 ... now my regret is not getting a 12.9 sooner haha... its the perfect blend of "laptop replacement" for my needs with the magic keyboard and the quick removal from the MK to use it in tablet mode. Now the ipad pro 11 i gave to my cousin seems like so tiny now haha... I also use multitasking more now with the 12.9 since the split screen is really a joy to use. To put it in perspective, when in split screen on the 12.9, its like having two 9-inch tablets side by side when measured diagonally, that's like having something similar to two "standard" 9.7 ipad sizes in one unit... really great for multitasking.
The camera is still on the side but they added a new feature called Center Stage which tracks you and keeps you in the frame centered.
My first iPad was the 2011 iPad 2. I mistakenly bought the 16GB base model instead of 32GB or even 64GB. Your iPad 2's last iOS is 9.3.x that came out in August 25, 2016. There are a lot of improvements for the past 5 years. Current iPadOS is 14.5.x. If I did buy the larger storage I would have replaced the iPad 2 with either 2017 iPad (5th generation) or iPad Pro 10.5". I'd probably replace those 2017 iPads with a 2025 iPad when they drop iPadOS support. Instead I replaced the iPad 2 with a iPad Air 1 with 16GB, again... stupid, right? This limitation got me to get a 2018 iPad Pro 11" 256GB I love it. But I should have gotten the base 64GB model isntead. I'd only replace it once Apple stops supporting it by 2025-2027. By then at 1nm or smaller Apple Silicon chip would be faster than any Mac or PC sold at any price today.
The M1 iPad Pros have arrived at our suki stores in Greenhills. I saw AJT Gadget advertising the 11-inch entry level model for P46,900 on their Facebook page.
I wonder what’s the end goal of Apple with the iPad Pro? It’s really being held back by its OS. They could just pretty much just make a touch friendly version of the MacOS for the iPad and call it a day. Hahaha
At the earliest I'd wait for iPadOS cease being updated on your iPad Pro then buy the next model after that. So say your 2020 model stopped getting updates by Nov 2027 then I'd get an iPad announced after that month
Might be an odd question but, how big are your hands? I'm currently using an iPad Air 4. I wanted an iPad Pro 11-inch last Christmas but stocks were gone. Lately I've been tempted by the 12.9-inch but I don't know if I can wield it easily on a day-to-day basis. I'm a big guy with relatively big hands. When I test the 12.9 in stores parang kaya naman. The 10.9-inch display of the Air 4 is quite handy when lying in bed though. I'd rather not have the black eyes some users have reported from bigger iPads . Thank you in advance.
