I think he's referring to new lines (online application). Normally they will accept recontracting @ 8 AM.
Spending limit is your allowable excess charge before your line is cut. Credit limit is your allowable number of lines you can apply for postpaid. Charge to bill is also based on your credit limit.
if you have an RM, reservation of units is only through the RM. the platinum Hotline has very limited access to your account. best thing they can do is email your RM.
They dont offer this facility anymore. I also remember that they opened up an online form for recontracting subs to fill in and have someone from the dept contact them.Problem with it was that some reservations were overlooked. I think the call-to-reserve is much better since it really is a first-come first-served basis + on the spot processing can weed out people who are on the fence about recontracting.
Agree to this. I think what they're doing now (separating recontracting and new line applications) is better than the past years. Ang gulo dati, lalo na yung 5s launch.
I just upgraded my account to Platinum and I'm still waiting for them to assign me one (plus this ASEAN holidays delay the process even further)
Lagi naman magulo ang system ng globe hehe, though personally i have always gotten my iphone on launch day or midnight launch, starting with the iphone 5 until iphone 6s+, but this is more because of philmug and globe’s collaboration, and especially dobi for helping philmuggers out on that chaotic iphone 6/6+ reservation. First time i skipped was last year for the 7plus when i decided to go unlocked and got it launch day too. I read feedback was more on the positive side last year so that’s a good sign for globe
I hope they've worked out the kinks by the time the iPhone X launches and hopefully, people are more patient too.
I need to know the plan inclusions and the monthly fees before deciding to preorder or buy unlocked. Hope will release the plans in advance
Is it the usual Globe hotline we call if we’re recontracting? It’s going to be my first time since the iP6 launch when the online method was still in place.
