These are the ones I can confirm to be toll-free on Globe postpaid mobile (not sure about when calling from prepaid):

    (02) 730-1000/1300/1010/1288/1888.

I hope they release the plans by Nov 24 12am so people can decide before recontracting in the morning.
Survey: Do you think a lot of people will recontract just like the previous years given iPhone X’s high price?

What information are needed when recontracting. I have a line under my parent's account. But they will be busy for work and won't be able to call the hotline as early as 8 am. Planning to do it on my own but idk if its allowed. HAHAHA any advice guys?

I for one will go the recontracting route. I last got the 6 from Globe 3 years ago (at the Globe launch with a few Philmug folks), and skipped the 7 last year because it didn't move the needle enough in terms of next gen phone.

Just get ready to answer all possible question regarding your parent's information (birthday, address, existing postpaid plan, last phone acquired, etc.). :)

Yo, coming from 6+ as well.

I have 2 lines that are due for recontracting for quite a while now. Been waiting for a new iPhone that will blow my mind-- same feeling I got when they launched the 6+. Skipped 7+ as I was not impressed with it's features.

Based on the comments here, I think I'm gonna love the X. No worries about some of the reported issues. Get it from an official retailer and enjoy the warranty that comes with it. I've had a few phones replaced by Globe due to certain issues and got brand new (sealed) phones as replacement (unresponsive home button on the 5, and black spots on the 6+ camera).

Call and reserve with the loyalty department for the renewal of one of your parents' plan and inform them that he/she authorized you to renew the same via the authorization letter (however, to make everything legal, do it via SPA instead). You may be asked to email a copy or have it presented to the person who will deliver the unit to you.

After my gf saw the prices, she called on her veto powers and adviced me to purchase a car or a condo instead.
